01/27/2012
The Wake County, North Carolina Superior Court ordered CAGC Insurance Company into
rehabilitation on January 26 after the company had reported that its liabilities exceeded
its assets by $100,000. The company will continue to pay claims but will not renew or issue
any new business.
Weiss did not cover the company because of insufficient information to reliably
issue a rating.
