Three banks earn top rating of A+

Three commercial banks earned Weiss’ top rating of A+ (“Excellent”) for the first
time following a review of second quarter 2011 results: Bank of Advance in Advance,
Missouri; New Albin Savings Bank in New Albin, Iowa; and Payne County Bank in Perkins,
Oklahoma. These institutions join an elite group of only 19 banks in the nation to earn
Weiss’ top rating.
